Our Staff

All our staff have police clearances, are honest, professional and bound by confidentiality. Townsville Cleaning Contractors employs local residents – as we pride ourselves on continuity and consistency of service we avoid employing short-term/itinerant workers. All of our staff speak English.

Our staff go through a rigorous interview and induction process prior to commencing work, which includes a background police security check.

Staff are trained in the use of chemicals and equipment and are provided with onsite training and inductions for premises security and lock up/alarm procedures.

We have a growing number of competent staff who provide services to the Townsville region. We ensure that this number continually grows to meet our clients’ needs.

My role is to Oversee and Manage a Team of Professionals, Operational Managers, Supervisors and Cleaners and enhance their development. To Provide our Clients present and Future with that Personal Touch and Quality of service. I have over 30 years of experience across the full range of Cleaning and Associated services throughout Queensland, NT and NZ. I am a believer of Building relationships with Employees, Clients and with our Community we all live and work in. I am strong on work ethics and honesty, with a bit of humour. I am focus to represent a Great Business in a Great City.

Troy Davidson

Managing Director & Business Owner

Responsible for overall business management and plays a key role in the accounting and sales processes. Troy came from the tourism industry where he had gained several years of management experience as Divisional Manager of a recreational dive operation in Cairns.

John Havill

John Havill

Business Development Manager

John joined the team in August 2018 and is responsible for customer liaison and business development. John has a strong background in servicing the SME sector, has operated in the Cairns market for the past 25 years, and has a Bachelor of Business degree. He has many years’ experience in management, and is passionate about building strong and long term business relationships.
