Our staff go through a rigorous interview and induction process prior to commencing work, which includes a background police security check.
Staff are trained in the use of chemicals and equipment and are provided with onsite training and inductions for premises security and lock up/alarm procedures.

Responsible for all aspects of the branch activities in sales and service delivery, including working in Human resources and development. Judy is assisted by Cairns personnel as required. Judy has worked as the Branch Manager for 7 years and continuing. She has 13 years' experience in both management and supervisory roles for various major companies, including 20 years hands-on in the cleaning industry. Judy has certificates in asset maintenance advanced supervision skills, workplace health, and safety representative and PINS.
Responsible for the development of new opportunities for the Townsville branch and providing support to further administration rolls. Jazmin has been working as a hands-on cleaner under Townsville Cleaning Contractors for 6 years and has been granted the opportunity to further her career as the Development Officer for the Townsville Branch. Jazmin is currently studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management at JCU. Developing this role she will be in charge of the development, sales, marketing, and reputation of the company.
Responsible for overall business management and plays a key role in the accounting and sales processes. Troy came from the tourism industry where he had gained several years of management experience as Divisional Manager of a recreational dive operation in Cairns.
Responsible for the development of new opportunities for the business and providing support to the Directors and the Operational and Administrative departments. Dominic comes with over 17 years of management experience, with the last 5 years running a large tourism business and holds a science degree.
Leanne has extensive hands-on experience in the cleaning industry including four years with Townsville Cleaning Contractors prior to her appointment to the role of Operations Manager in 2014. In this role Leanne is responsible for all staff rostering, on-site training of new employees, monitoring and mentoring existing staff and on site staff performance reviews. Leanne is tasked with ensuring service delivery, and that our staff are following our established cleaning procedures and adhering to our standards. Leanne is dedicated to fostering a healthy and productive workforce.
