Our Staff

All our staff have police clearances, are honest, professional and bound by confidentiality.

We employ local residents- as we pride ourselves on continuity and consistency of service we avoid employing short-term/itinerant workers. All our staff speak English.

Our staff go through a rigorous interview and induction process prior to commencing work.

Staff are trained in the use of chemicals and equipment.

Staff are provided with onsite training and inductions for premises security and lock up/alarm procedures.

Twelve competent staff provide services to the Townsville region. This number is continually growing to meet our clients' needs.

Key Personnel:

Troy Davidson, Managing Director and business owner

Responsible for overall business management and plays a key role in the accounting and sales processes. Troy came from the tourism industry where he had gained several years of management experience as Divisional Manager of a recreational dive operation in Cairns.

Dominic Waddell, Business Development Manager

Responsible for the mentoring of the Townsville Branch Manager in the development of new opportunities for the business. Dominic comes with over 17 years of management experience, with the last 5 years running a large tourism business and holds a science degree.

Both Troy and Dominic make periodic visits to Townsville.

John Palm, Administration Manager

Provides administrative support to the Townsville Branch Manager. Also John currently has responsibility for the implementation of ISO9001. John holds a commerce degree, worked for Shell for 13 years the last five being in middle management roles, has operated his own businesses, and played a role in the successful set-up and development of a family business in Cairns offering bookkeeping and administrative services.

Judy Miller, Townsville Branch Manager

Responsible for all aspects of the branch activities in sales and service delivery. Judy is assisted by Cairns personnel as required, but with continued growth, it is expected that the Townsville operation will see the start of development of a management infrastructure by year end. Judy also has extensive hands-on cleaning experience, working in supervisory positions for various major companies. Judy has Certificates in Asset Maintenance, Supervisory Skills and OH&S, and is currently studying for a Diploma in Management.

We have recently been audited by both Fair Work Australia and the Australian Tax Office and both have advised that there have been no contraventions of employee payments or the in the use of contractors.
